BAREFOOT CLUB

The “Barefoot Method” offers a number of benefits for balance, mobility, and coordination. The Method provides feedback to the athlete’s nervous system, helping to activate glutes and core to improve stability. It also helps strengthen the deep muscles that stabilize the foot, which translates to improvements for the ankles, knees, hips, and back.

 

We believe to play different you must train different. In order to develop the game’s most exciting players we are using the most stimulating training methods the world has to offer.
